We will provide you with a full consultation to explain all of your available options so that you can choose the system that’s right for your home or business. Everything we do while we’re in your home has results that you can react to physically and emotionally. In turn, the better we do, the better you’ll feel, physically and emotionally.
1 Year Annual HVAC Maintenance Agreement-One HVAC split system Maintenance Plan One Time Fee Includes:
First priority service (Onsite within 48hrs of reporting any HVAC related issue)
Complete diagnostic of all HVAC system operations
Complete diagnostic and recording of refrigerant levels
Verification of airflow
Condenser coil chemical wash during spring check
Evaporator coil chemical wash during spring check
Flame sensor cleaning (only applicable on gas furnaces)
Check and/or change all filters. Pleated filters and Media filters 4″ and 5″ not included.
Replace up to 6′ of exterior lineset insulation if deteriorated and exposing copper tubing
No Emergency Service Call Fee will be charged for after hour or weekend calls.
1 free service call ($105.00 diagnostic fee will be waved with or without repair)
10% off any full system replacements, essential products, upgrades or repairs

Refrigerant charge verification via Delta-T (Temperature Split Check)
Verification of airflow

Washing and cleaning of filters
1 free service call ($105.00 diagnostic fee will be waved with or without repair)
